Does the crown chakra count? Its not exactly an eye, but it opens us up to a whole new source of sensory input from the universe. Like a seventh sense comparable to the third eye's sixth.

l've checked with several Master's a none mention a fourth eye..

kind of. the third eye is also known as the brow. there are actually two chakras there. the first is part of the material seven chakras we are all familiar with. the other is part of the spiritual set that is with the 8th thru the 12th.

Actually it's possible, but it would be an extension or expansion of the third eye. Most people only tend to be aware of there being two heart chakras which really when fully activated merge into a larger whole, and I can imagine it being the same with the third and fourth eye. I've also been told twice now by two different incarnated unicorns that there are three heart chakras that they are aware of not two, so if you extend that to the third eye there could be a fifth eye too.
