Lightheaded & Dizzy
I had just bought my first quartz crystal a few days ago and the the first I got it it mad me feeling really good but now I had just put it on and I feel really dizzy and lightheaded and a bit nauseous.. What does that mean?

Hi OctoberSky,
If it is just basic clear quartz, you may need to cleanse the stone. There are multiple ways of doing this using sage smoke, salt, the sun, etc. I tend to use water myself with the intent of clearing all energies from the stone. The reason you need to cleanse quartz is that it tends to pickup energies quite well as it is the premier stone for programming.
If the cleansing doesn't help, the quartz itself might be affecting you in ways to help uplift you energetically causing the dizzy and lightheaded feeling. You may want to try a good grounding stone along with it like hematite or black tourmaline and see how it feels.
