Am I seeing Auras?

I have been practicing and trying to see Auras well when I have my contacts in I have no progress but after I take them out I can see just a white outline that goes about half and inch to an inch out. Is this the beginning of being able to see them or is it a trick that my eyes are playing on me?

This is the etheric layer, eventually you should start to see the actual aura and it colours

Yay!!! I am glad I am doing it right I am teaching myself to do this all so it helps to have reassurance thank you!!! It makes me wonder though why I don't see it while wearing contacts though.

Your eyes are probably focusing too much with them in.. It's possible to see with contacts but it's a different adjustment. You have to have the right level of unfocus to be able to see it that you are having a harder time achieving with the contacts in.

That makes sense thank you for that I will focus on not focusing with my contacts in and see if that helps I am sure that is what it is cause everything is already unfocused without my contacts in that is probably why it is easier without them. I did not think of that thank you!!!
