Hi Anthony,

I am still learning myself, but a book I recently read and can recommend is 'Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga' by Deepak Chopra, David Simon. You can easily find it on Amazon.

It has more emphasis on yoga and the theory behind it, but also a separate section on chakras.

I find that yoga and meditations help me emensely to balance my energy. Although..I'm not really sure if there are any other ways of doing it...Perhaps the right belief system and the thoughts of well-being to yourself and others too..

All the best!

Hi Anthony,
Wheels Of Life by Anodea Judith is a standard reference work on the subject. She has quite a few good books. Wheels Of Light by Rosalyn Bruyere is also very good.
Blessings,
