Crystals Constricting Breathing?

I just reloaded my crystal pouch with a bunch of crystals and hung it over my bed. Laying down to sleep right now I'm noticing a tightness in my chest, accompanied by the floaty feeling only crystals give me. I recently added Moldavite to my collection, could it be the culprit? has anyone had this feeling before? It's almost like I need to use my inhaler but different.

Maybe "a bunch" is the culprit.
Go for 1 that is suitable for the bedroom. Not all crystals help one to sleep well.

Not all crystals are beneficial, and some are downright harmful to human health and well being. So, keep your contact down to a minimum with harmful crystals.

Ive never worked with that type of crystal so just looked it up. I see from that that it carries a very high vibration and can activate kundalini. Any high vibrational crystal can bring up energies to the surface for clearing and that can cause "tightness" in places of the body due to the build up of energy to one spot where there is a block.

During meditation it may be used on its own or with other crystals as it will also raise the vibration of other stones that it is combined with. This will make the overall result much stronger.

That would do that with sleeping with too, so maybe your other crystals are all too strong now?

It sounds like it may not be one for you to be sleeping with. Also did you cleanse all your crystals before using them, negative energy on crystals also can cause isssues.

I dont know and would love to see how the other poster replies but what I do know is that some crystals can throw my energy balance off quite dramatically, while a hematite one time when I meditated with it actually left burn marks on my hand. I think it would depend on the individual and the energy of the crystal.

I'm currently sleeping beside half of my crystal collection (about 10 medium sized crystals), which includes smoky quartz, 2 brandbergs, black tourmaline pyramid, rose quartz, carnelian, clear quartz, obsidian, kunzite......and I'm sleeping fine. It's only when I'm actually holding a crystal in the bed that it affects my sleep.

Very interesting article. I never made a crystal elixir but as I know some do, that is highly useful.

Its a pity the Wulfenite with the Molybdenum in it has lead in it as I would of tried to buy one of these otherwise as Im highly deficient in molybdenum and my body is still very deficient in it after supplementation. That could of been the answer to fix my issue.
