Is this normal
I've been getting flashbacks that I suspect are from the past life (parallel world, in my view).. And I've been feeling intense. There's an intensity I can't describe in my chest, I feel so overwhelmed like rushes are coming back to me and I also get headaches on occasion. Is this normal? Anyone else goes through this?
Please let me know.

I don't feel comfortable talking about the flashbacks to be honest, but I feel an unexplainable intensity..I just need to know I'm not alone in ever experiencing this

My question was determine whether it is entirely a physical or spiritual issue or both &/or how it was triggered ...
There is good reason to distinguish the cause ...
Having experienced many things in many way I can just say I've had the feeling but the cause may be different from yours ... |

Izz, I had the exact same reaction when I recently started getting PL flashbacks to a war. I had panic attacks over it for almost 4 days straight, getting very little sleep. The emotions are so ridiculously intense it's as if you've been hit in the chest by a book or something!! You're not alone :) don't worry~ With a little time the feelings should pass, and you'll be able to think about (and perhaps journal) your flashbacks without feeling the emotions with intensity. |

Izz,
I'm not sure what you mean by intensity - pressure comes to mind. However, this combined with headaches could be systemic from a medical issue. If the problems persist I would encourage to at least consult a physician to make sure everything is good to go.
