Others memories in my head

Not to sure how to explain this as I dont know what it was to start with..This is my first true 'experience' that had such a drastic effect on myself beyond the phsyical so I was unprepare and not a clue!

I was laying in bed waiting to sleep when my 'reality' was suddenly altered. I say reality as it wasnt just memories that appeared out of no where in my mind and I could point to them and think 'Where did they come from'.

They became and merged with myself and my reality to the point where I was laid there with two differing memories/realities simultaniously existing in the same conscious space.

On the one had I was terrorfied of some threat that came most nights, I thought I had to warn (someone/Mother?) then I was about to get up and the 'what' faded and I no longer remembered what this terror was. I thought, it always happens.. I remember it happening most nights, I can remember in the past when it happened, what it felt like..but then I could also remember that it was never an issue I had...

I thought I was going mad!

Both sets were equally dominant that for a short time I couldnt tell which was, I would say 'real' but i guess I mean the 'newest' one.

I knew it had never been an issue, so I stemmed my terror of the dual memory/reality sets and settled on the fact that I had simply taking in another memory or current situtation and did the protections and removings other energies etc.

Though this conclustion was only a best guess..mainly to easy my riasing fear..I have no evidence to say they were not mine.. of something that exists beyond my current awareness.

I have only had this awake ONCE.. I shared the knowing/going aboard reactions with a soul connection, though that was pleasant and 'gentle' I only just knew it was there.

Any advice would be great.

I didnt not they where held in the present moment, which could be one explanation!

It is a little odd way to experience this, no linear time in the illusion of linear time :p

Yes, I'm with John--it sounds as if either you are merging memories (of fears) from two different lives--this one and another.

OR--what my initial thought was--that you were "watching" the merging of two Alternate Timelines of your own life.

There was a separate thread about this. The Alternate Timelines being major decision-points of your life that create other alternate realities that become independent "real" lives in another reality, just as "real" as yours. I think we have the ability to merge these Alternate Timelines at any time in our lives. In fact, I think it is happening behind the scenes often. What we experience is that we suddenly "know" some course of action we should take or even skills--that we wouldn't otherwise have been as knowledgeable about.

You may have actually been watching (and been able to feel) both merge, separate, merge.

At least that's what it seemed to me. You will know.

Wow yes, this is another possibility also. I will look up the thread. I accepted it as real at the time, just obviously, I choose the one of non-fear! THough I guess..it might not have been a case of either or...
