Past Life Regression

I was recently led on the path to finding out more about past life regression. I know nothing about it but was told that I need to learn more about my past lives in order to understand who I am in this life. I KNOW that I was with my husband in my past life. Don't ask me how I know, I just do. Can anyone help me learn more about my past life? Are there people who can read anothers past life? If so I would be interested in contacting them or maybe there is someone on here that can help me.

There are many past-life regressionists and ways to do this...I would suggest though that the best way is to get in touch with your own feelings about it, whatever it is. When you focus on the feeling that you know you were with your husband, does that feeling bring up anything else? A sense, sight or knowledge of anything wider? I wouldn't suggest this though if you have an uncomfortable sense about your pastlife relationship with your partner, as in that case you might want support to deal with the awarenesses that come up. I preference my own sense than someone 'telling' me what my past involved, so I have undertaken regression where all the information came from me. I have done 2 regressions so far and they were totally different. I hope you have fun finding out!

Dr. Brian Weiss has an excellent regression CD that really works, even for the beginner. But I would suggest prior to listening to the CD, say a prayer of protection as you can encounter negative energy even in past-life regressions. Best wishes!
