Third Chakra Questions

Hello, I was wondering what some of the common attribute and characteristics of those who are third charka dominant individuals?

I'm not sure what exactly you mean. Is it the Solar Plexus dominance you are talking about (base being 1st and crown being 7th).

A dominance in any chakra is a bad thing, they should all be balanced, if not they can cause illness etc. Some mediums will use one or more chakra when doing a message but that is pretty advanced stuff so I'm not going to tell you how here.

If you are referring to the 3rd chakra (Joy) or "ME" chakra, I have had one experience of working with a lovely friend and doing a chakra balancing for her. I talked her through a visualization of each chakra and what it represented.

As we focused on the 3rd chakra, I asked her to visualize it as a yellow spinning ball and expand it as large as she could. We both sat there with our eyes closed as we did the exercise, but even with eyes closed, the room lit up so bright with the loveliest sunshine yellow. I asked her if she saw it too and she said, "YES!"

As a rule, she is a very happy and contented person, no matter what trials she is going through.
