Help! Very confused in Personal Year 9

I am currently in an 8 month of personal year 9. My life path number is also 9, if that matters.

I have had the hardest time making decisions this year and as I get further into my 9 year, it gets worse and worse! I cannot seem to make clear decisions and have a hard time trusting myself. I'll have a very strong inspiration to go a particular direction only to be filled with doubt about it the next moment. I got back and forth and then go nowhere. Much of my decision-making has been about a move and decisions around that. I just feel like no matter what I do, it won't last anyway!!

Can this be a part of being in a personal year 9??
