Yoga for stress :
Yoga is best for stress and anxiety.Yoga is highly recommended by the doctors and spiritual scholars too.Its the best remedy to save your self from stress and anxiety. If you feel that you are suffering from these manic diseases then you must do this exercise.

Yoga is the best to release stress and depression. Many people and doctors advice to do yoga in the morning for 30 mints. It is enough time to get rid of anxiety and over stress. Yoga increase brain working and performance. It help to keep active all the day. It also boost metabolism and control high blood pressure. I join a class of yoga and found results beyond my thoughts.
