Spirit? Resembling Self?

Hello, I am new here. Just moments ago my cousin has told me about an encounter his girlfriend and his girlfriend's mother had. Around 6PM his girlfriend saw him walking into her house, then when she entered she asked her mom where he was, and she said don't get mad or scared but I saw him walking behind you. He was at home sleeping until nine. When they spoke about it she described what he was wearing and it was the exact same thing he was wearing at the time. I am not sure what this could possibly or mean.

He has had recent and past encounters with something as well and we are not sure what it is. Any advice, suggestions, or comments would be helpful and appreciated. thank you.

Sounds like it might be his doppelgänger. Or possibly even an astral projection that he may not be aware that he did. My ex-boyfriend did that to me one night. I was wearing an eye mask, so I could see him. But I heard his sobbing and felt and indent in my mattress when he sat down. After about a minute, I heard him sigh, then he stood up. I then heard the floor boards creaking as he walked to the door. But I never heard the door open. After I finally worked up enough courage to take the eye mask off, there was no one there. But I know it was him, I'd recognize his sobbing and sniffing anywhere.

I am not sure what a doppelganger or astral projection is. I have read about your own spirit being outside your body and traveling but never in that sense.

He was probably astral projecting, but manifesting on this plane.

A doppelganger is an apparition or double of a living person.

Don’t rule out that the girlfriend & her mother could have actually experienced this. It might be an unusual experience, but this doesn’t invalidate it. Many are beginning to have experiences seeing energy that not too long ago were fairly rare.
