What just happend to me? O.o

I was medating and I asked for my guide to come and join me. I aslo asked if there was any thing he would want to tell me. A few minutes later I hurd a laugh. Im asuming it was him.

Then as I was laying there about 15 minutes or so I felt like as if some one was on top of me. My hole body became warm and sorta tingly. Then about 4 minuts later I felt my back rise up as if I was a fether and then I felt the middle of my chest become cold and felt like some one was reaching into me. I didnt feel pain nor was I scard of who ever it was but I did get freaked out becouse I didnt know what was going on.

Can some one please tell me what happend? O.o

And that wasnt even on my mind at the time. o.o I was just trying to communicate with my guide.

Seems like a shift in energy. I would look in to out of body experiences as northstar said.

if you have no fear about it... i would go with it... they just tried to do that with me about a month ago, but i only came out half way too... maybe they are trying something new around the world and seeing how the different cultures take it...

as long as it doesnt invoke fear... they are not trying to steal your soul or body or anything, these things just dont happen... just to show you that you are mind, body, 'and' spirit is my guess... its not something to have sleepless nights about... if it happens again... give it a try... it is safe

Ok, thank you all ^^ If it happends Ill exept it and try it. Maybe I will learn somthing from it or maybe it will change somthing in me for my own good.

To come and think about it, I hope it happends agian soon

But one thing is steel on my mind...later last night. I hurd my gide telling me to be carful. >.> I didnt even do any thing. <.<

There is so much to learn about. I suggest a few basic questions that center on good starting points for expanding your perceptions.

Those physical sensations you mentioned were most likely your body's response to your guide connection experience.

I hope you can step wholeheartedly into these guide communications.

wholeheartedly? When this was happing ( I didnt add this to the thred ) I was basicly crying. I felt as if my soul was so happy it was going to rip through my chest and give him a big hug. <.< I know I wasnt doing that halfheartedly.
