My vibrations gets difficult to maintain
Hii all,
I just meditated and decided this was the right way to go.
I have some struggle getting my mind to a better place again. I try to find my positivity, but often when I’m in an relaxed state I get terrible thoughts. Besides, I don’t sleep well. My sleep is disrupted by intense anxiety.
I try to just stop all thought now. Until I can see some light again. I don’t need my thoughts anyway. I’m sick at home in quarantine so nobody expects anything.

Well, try having nice thoughts ...on purpose.
Usually called visualizing. You don't have to get rid of thoughts but, you
can deliberately have pleasant ones.
It takes practice to, say, ---put a smile on your face - recline, relax and picture yourself in a super nice place....laying on the beach...
or looking out from a snowy mountain on a sunny clear day with crisp fresh air...
whatever you choose! It could be being in the front row of your favorite musician!
You must understand that thoughts do not have to control you.
You control the thoughts. (We are not taught this.)

Something keeps me down. Whatever I do, I keep being stressed and emotional. Not sure why… every form of positive healing I know, self-healing kind, had failed me. Even simply silencing my mind. It is just these emotions keep coming. It’s so weird

Just made some progress again. Weird it keeps coming back. I just try to feel better and let go.

I therapist friend told me these thoughts (she was speaking of grief, also),
are like a little oil slick in a pond...
boats leave a little from their engines, ya know...
that you keep having to gently push away from you...they drift your way again
...you push the water gently again.
Oh well...it's the nature of swimming in the pond.

Our vibrations fluctuate, this is normal, and the norm is perhaps not what we want.
If I become aware of some feelings I don't like, I place my attention to the top of my head, and it all changes.

Just allowing the self to feel agitated and stressed or frustrated- it distracts from what is the self- quarantine is a nightmare but no zombies apocalypse! Give your self time to wonder away - I’d recommend having some leeway in procrastination… might find a thrift there..
As far as negative thoughts- practicing something that’s good or desired by the self might distract you from the plain sight … a little space… but allowing your creativity to be seen in a new light- playing with it to reestablish or inforce a kinder approach…
