Before God had commanded against it, it was not incest.

Throughout history there is what is called progressive revelation. And to this day some of the richest families in the world will only marry within the family to protect the wealth of the family. They marry to the third cousin.

But you just agreed that god said its wrong, im aware that this is done ( as disgusting as it is), but im asking in terms of noahs story. We all know god says incest is wrong, and god is absolute, so why would he only save one family?

Well, If we are all descendent of just Adam and Eve, then it's all one big happy family... If you know what I mean. Adam and Eve had kids. Their kids married each other, and had kids.. So on and so on.

Yes.... but that still goes against the basis that god says incest is wrong.. So why would be make humanity literaly rise from it for thosuands of years before there would be enough difference in gene pool?

Yes God says it is wrong, perhaps for no other reason than our genetic code has broken down over generations. And no other moral reason is there but that?
Why does the Bible say? Read the Bible, then come back, I read Genesis once completely in one morning to evening.
We can all theorize about things in Genesis like why did people live for so long? Maybe the purity of the atmosphere and the food at that time allowed them to? It is endless, but the same questions can be asked of why God has in time only revealed to us what He has, look at how he taught Abraham, as a teacher before His Just decision to destroy Sodom and Gomorrah. We exists in time and as so things are revealed to us in a linear fashion.
Come back to the question, find out what is revealed to you only, then share if you'd like. Just be opened eyed and cast away all prejudices before reading.

why would he slaughter the first born son of the pharisees, only to write a commandment that said thou shall not kill?

I think Noah survived in that part of the region of the world that was flooded. Not every human being in existence was wiped out, only a portion of it.
