Felt chakra spinning during sleep paralysis- PLEASE help of you know about chakras!

This morning I woke up in sleep paralysis and felt my naval chakra spinning
REALLY fast. It literally felt like there was a small fan in my stomach that
was set on high. Even when I woke out of sleep paralysis I still felt
it spinning REALLY fast, so that makes me think it wasn't a normal
hallucination I usually get during sleep paralysis.

I think it's worth mentioning that I did a chakra cleanse/balancing
meditation about an hour or so before I went to sleep. I also watch
a video 3 times in a row that plays a humming noise and shows a color and
its suppose to align your chakras.

So does this mean my naval chakra is overactive or malfunctioning.

I felt some of my other chakras spin but not as intense and fast
as my navel one.

Please help if you know what it means or where
I could find out.

The very first time I did a little meditation (picturing colors of light coming in through my crown) I felt thick energy leave my stomach area in huge blobs, like basketball sized drops of syrup. I wonder if this is one of the first areas to respond.

I've felt several chakras spin since. I wouldn't worry about it. I've noted in my case the energy system seems to choose where it clears things and it's done in sections. Eventually I stop feeling the spinning.

I think you're feeling it because it's been newly cleared of some stuff and once the flow settles down you probably won't feel it anymore. I'm guessing because you've cleared this you'll start to notice more clearing elsewhere. Nice that you have tangible evidence your work is having an effect.

Not everyone has felt chakras spin. Pretty cool, eh?

A spinning chakra is quite normal. Each chakra spins or should I say the energy within it vortexs, at a different frequency/vibration. This is why colours are associated with certain chakras, as it reflects their spin rate. The vibration is also the same as certain key notes in music.

Well, the naval chakra is a center is sexual and passionate energy. If you experience strong feelings of sensuality and creativity, etc, then yes your naval is strong. If not, then its isnt.

You can better judge how strong your chakras are by how strong the aspect of that chakra is within your character and personality, desire, and normal day-to-day self.

The spinning may simply be due to meditations that you have done. Though, the spinning itself does not actually empower the chakra, contrary to popular belief. It is the intensity of the associated energy that strengthens it.
