Have Patience With Your Spiritual Growth

You are successfully APing. Relax & allow this to naturally unfold as part of your spiritual journey. Invite in more recollection about your nocturnal journeys.

Other planes & higher realms are levels of awareness. We encounter these as we expand our consciousness w/ doing things like moving past fear, learning to master our thoughts & emotions, developing empathy, connecting w/ our core energies, etc. Look at this as a life(s) long journey rather than a crash course of something that is to be accomplished in 90 days.

There are multiple stages we encounter in our journey. Not only do we have active & integrative stages, but how we learn is various stages. For instance w/ moving past fear, it takes awhile to actually integrate this into our core energies after we understand why this is beneficial to our energies. First we deal w/ the emotional fear response. When we’ve fully integrated this, we no longer have the underlying fear feeling for the fear emotion.

Have patience w/ your self in learning & experiencing these various things. It is much more important to thoroughly learn the things that abound for us at all steps of our journey than rushing through it. After all, we have all of eternity to learn these things & this is a very generous amount of time. (LOL)

You can fly or go through walls. You just have to believe and know you can do it. Next time when you want to fly or go through walls, keep saying I can do it. It may not work overnight but in time it will work if you keep at it, telling yourself I can do it. I have never been to other dimensions. I have no interest at the moment. When I want to travel somewhere I say I want to go to a certain place. It often does not happen straight away so I have to keep saying it until it happens. After all this time it is finally working. If you feel yourself traveling somewhere you have to remain relaxed. I have came back into my body sometimes. It is very frustrating.
If the people look dreamlike, just say I only see what is real. It may not happen straight away so you have to keep saying it.
In the astral it is very important to be confident otherwise problems can happen.

To enter the higher planes you need to raise your vibration. Robert Bruce's book Astral Dynamics has a whole section dedicated to what he calls "N.E.W." New Energy Ways. It is a sort of new age Chi and shows you how to work your energies. It takes a lot of practice but he says once you have progressed far in it, it is a good way of raising your vibration and getting up to those so wonderfully described higher planes.

As far as not being able to go through walls and what-not you have to know that you can float through the walls, floors, ceilings, whatever it may be. People often find them self after flying up wards eventually stopping and falling back down to the ground. It is because their subconscious is so used to the idea of gravity and it takes some time to realize when APing/LDing there is so such thing as gravity. The same thing applies with going through matter that is solid in the real world. You just have to accept the fact that you can do it completely and nothing will be holding you back.

My first projections happened exactly as you describe. When I woke up in the morning and meditated right away. You are trying to fall back asleep yes, but your brain enters the required state to AP right before you fall asleep and right before you are waking up. Theta state is the state most conducive to APing. It is a fact among APers that it is easiest to AP when you first wake up. You are already very relaxed, your brain waves are nice and slow, and it is very easy to get back into a full Theta state. A lot of people recommend setting your alarm clock for 6 hours after you will fall asleep, then begin meditating. 6 hours seem to be the perfect time to begin your meditation, it has something to do with the release of Melatonin in your brain. I hope this has helped you some, good luck!

P.S. don't worry too much about the Akashic records right now, just focus on APing, working your energies, and raising your vibration. Some experts never access the Akashic records and some access them right away. The only thing you can really do is say a mantra or an affirmation that you really want to or are going to access the Akashic records. I imagine your vibration has to be rather high on the scale to tune into the Akashic records. T. Lobsang Rampa describes the Akashic records as radio waves, it is not a visible library you can walk down the isles and grab a book. You have to train your mind into tuning into the specific wave-length to access the Akashic records.

@mac516 Everyone pretty much answered everything...good suggestions and info. I want to add that maybe you should try going through a mirror or using a door as a means of going somewhere else/going to the astral. You could use an image in the hypnagogic state to phase to the astral.

Hi all, this is not your problem, it is my problem. I thought I would share it with you. I get restless leg syndrome. Many months ago the doctor gave me a couple of stretches to do. She said, do the stretches late at night and if it does not work she will refer me to another specialist. I have been doing my stretches every day during the day but I do not like doing them late at night. It is easier for me to do my stretches during the day. I do not like doing stretches and it is harder to do at night time. Doing my stretches is not pleasant and it aches a bit. I like to relax at night time. This afternoon I was practising relaxing and I was feeling very relaxed. After a while my legs started feeling achy. I had to get up. I want to get out of the habit of turning over as I always end up going to sleep. This has been happening every night for a while. I realise it is making it harder for me to ap. I am seeing a different doctor next Tuesday. I do not want to go back to the original doctor as I do not want to be referred to a neurologist. I am looking forward getting my problem fixed. Someone I spoke to said, the doctor gives his wife tablets and that stops the restless leg syndrome. Sorry to be rambling on. I did not really need to tell you. Why am I, well I do not know. Perhaps it is to get it off my mind or may be I can help someone else.

Last night I was listening to an ap CD. It is a good CD. It talks about the importance of confidence and to know you can ap. It helps you to get more confident so it will be easier to ap. I think it can be easy to lose confidence if you have not ap for a while. Anyway, I was listening to the CD and I fell asleep. When I was asleep I realised that I was out of my body. I could not see anything. I said a few times universe help me to see. Then I saw perfectly well. I could feel the wind. I said universe take me to the city and I want to go there fast. I was moving and I went there. I saw the city and then I woke up. I was pleased with myself because I do not normally wake up when I am out of my body. I am going to try to say next time awareness now. I do not think I was aware enough as I could have been. If I was more aware I think I would have gone somewhere more exciting than the city. It was great that I did travel somewhere because I have difficulty in getting to other places. Knowing I did that I think it will help me next time to travel somewhere without any problems. That was the first time when I have been out of my body that I said universe so what I said was a bit different.

mac... For going into higher and more specific dimensions I recommend William Buhlman's first book, "Adventures Beyond the Body."
