Interesting idea Linen, on the taking a vacation and just having fun. I was actually told that was my reason for being here this lifetime, when I asked that question during a reading.

I have no clue where I would go or what I would do between lives, that just seems so way out there to me ..... maybe I am at an astral travel agency making plans for my next incarnation ?

I think I struggle with the concept that some people have lives which are about - just having fun or having a break. I'm not saying my life is not without fun or that every moment is loaded with meaning, and some karma is happy and jolly.

For me, knowing the "life between lives" is pertinent as I would like to put my energy into the most beneficial direction. It's like going on a journey with no map and not really knowing where you're meant to be going. Every now and again, my instinct is correct and things go with the flow and fall into place. But more often than not, things are torturous and I get my knickers in a twist and I just think I'm not making the best use of energies.

Haven't done a past life regression, but have had glimpses of and know of, about 5.

One I was a Roman priestess. I was told this was my only true successful lifetime, though I'm not sure what lesson I learned. It was also my first.

Two I was a doctor, perhaps in Africa? (I was black in that lifetime). I died trying to save a baby. Another older lifetime.

Three I was a sea captain. Perhaps around the 15th century, I was in a war and my ship and crew sank. I remember seeing "Lithuania" somewhere in the dream, so a war that somehow involved that country, whether it was an ally or enemy. A somewhat recent lifetime, I can definitely see how that one affected her.

Four A corrupt government official of some kind in Britain. I'm not sure if it was before or after the sea captain. But I can tell that somehow my natural distrust of government in this lifetime might have roots from there. Got the feeling he was racist and a bully.

Five The most recent lifetime up until this one. I was a prostitute, a Madam to be more precise. I ran a brothel. This one was where I payed a majority of my karmic debt and gained a bit more. I was shunned by my own family, abused my son so much that he shunned me as well. I was eventually raped and murdered.

The effects of that last lifetime shook my soul tremendously, so much that the part where she was shunned by all of her family carried over as a karmic blockage in my sacral chakra, that a healer managed to remove for me. She has yet to actually show the lifetime to me, I think she is that scarred by it. I only got the knowledge of it by going into a light trance and started talking about it.

I think soul would honestly like to share more someday, but it's a struggle for her, as she has had so very few lifetimes she enjoyed or found inspiration from. :(

Thank you for sharing your different lives Shinsoo, quite a variety of experiences there. I hope you find some that are more enjoyable and that you find inspiration from, when the timing is right for you to do so.

Amazes me how one knows one of their past lives is a first one, I would think there are so many to sift thru .... how does one know ?

Haha yes indeed. My soul has had a rough set of incarnations, and I have a lot of work to do to set things right again. That said, I know of my path and now that I know of it and am following it, things are much easier. Any fear I had is gone.

My only obstacle right now is...soul herself. But that's for another topic. :)

Oh, and how I know about how old an incarnation is, well..I just ask. I don't get an exact date, but I can get a feel for how recent it is.
