Yes. I see how it applies to me, but not necessarily to the question. Still thinking on it.

Putting all three cards together I'd say:

Be inquisitive, ask others about their beliefs (KoW is a person who is easy to open up to and a good listener). Allow other people's ideas to open up lines of exploration to you.
Don't instantly dismiss things that seem outside of your spectrum or belief, sit with them for a time to see how they fit with you (Kn of P).
Once the right things 'click into place' you may find you can make them work for you/teach you something new that brings a new dimension to your life.

Does that make sense?

I certainly see how you could get that. The only thing is that that is exactly what I've been doing for several years now (I'm a recovering ex-"fundamentalist Christian", very much enjoying the freedom to explore). So, I don't know if that's just an encouragement to continue as is, or if there's something more I should be getting from those cards.

@Pleroo
I'd say the Knight of Pentacles is telling you to just continue as you are (the knight isn't moving anywhere).

Hello there- I've accepted this challenge :-)

I don't read for others much, and am bored with the usual questions I ask myself over and over again.

Thus, under the full moon last week, I broke in a new (much prized) deck for this excercise.....Tarot of Delphi, but was disappointed to draw the same old cards, despite my concentration on the Phoenix and asking how can I be more open to possibility...

6 of swords rev (fall-out), 2 of swords, the Star, 3 of swords
I've spent a week contemplating this reading, seeing myself guarded in a stalemate with no real communication. Not much of a Phoenix at all...
However the Star couched between 2-3 swords is intriguing.

Any insight greatly appreciated!!

It seems like your in a transform at I've stage, I'd say 2 of Swords is where you are, but by reaching out you can move onto a different phase.

Part deux:
Is there a part of you that is closed to things you cannot see, touch or feel? Why?

The Hierophant, 6 of Swords, Queen of Wands

Growing up the daughter of a preacher, the Heirophant always feels pretty personal to me. Literally, I am mourning my father's recent passing (6 of swords). But figuratively, I still find that the journey out of the religion I was immersed in for so long has made me distrustful of spiritual things in general. I believed everything my father taught me and that little child in my boat feels betrayed. I'm on that river, I'm going through the motions of moving forward, but I tend to stay in my head (that's what the cloaked figure surrounded by swords makes me think of). I take new ideas in, but I don't know if I have the courage of the Queen to let them take root, for fear they will only disappoint.

Awww Pleroo
Grief is a difficult journey, it isn't something that time heals as such, life just becomes a different kind of 'normal' . One of my youtube favourites explains it as grief, integration and adaption. But you will reach the other shore in that 6 of Swords.
