Can you heal with your hands?

Some are also not clear enough to really do healing for others, as they are cloudy themselves. Making it difficult to send healing to others, but not impossible.

What advice can you give people like me to get rid of my cloudiness?

He was a 91 year old priest of Orthodox/Pentecostal church and seemed to be trying to get me to confess to some sort of spell. He said there was a women at his church who could do spells. The word spell made me feel uncomfortable. If I really can heal people I know it's God doing the healing and it's just through me.

Yes you are a healer. And it sounds like you need no introduction to the process. I am a healer too. I spent about 3 years training in hands on healing. It's a great gift to have and it sounds like you are applying yourself properly.

Many years ago I went to see a psychic and he also read palms but his information came from elsewhere. He asked if I had ever been a nurse and I told him I had started to train but gave it up. He told me I shouldn't have because I have healing ability in my hands. I've had good results doing distant healing and a friend of mine does Quantum Healing which is fairly easy to do. You can learn more about it on you tube. It involves breathing and sending energy into your palms and you can feel it building up and then like a tuning fork you hold your energy filled hands near the person you want to help and their energy comes up to balance with yours and helps them to heal.

I've been told by a small handful of patient's I have "healing hands" because my touch is very gentle and it helps sooth their anxieties. I've even caused people to experience shivers from time to time, but I'm unsure if it had something to do with this "healing hand" thing or if they were experiencing something else.

I hope this isn't too off-topic but I feel what I have to share is related...

Interestingly in my case I've had more people tell me I have a "healing voice". Patients arrive feeling extremely anxious and nervous about their sleep studies and when I talk to them and connect with them they feel more at ease. Even the ones who suffer from extreme anxiety/panic attacks have told me after their study how my voice helped calm them down and they feel unusually comfortable than they expected. They often confide in me afterwards saying their anxiety is usually amplified when they have to have medical stuff done but tell me they didn't feel that way with me because my voice helps put them at ease.

So my healing gift seems to be my voice more than anything.

Many Spanish mothers have this old school ritual were when a kid gets hurt or a boo boo (for example on their hand) You do hand motions around the pain ( like energy healer) while singing a song about a Frog. It's a old Spanish nursey rhyme. After the hand motion, you kiss the boo boo. All in FUN but.... It works. It goes like this:

"Sana, sana, colita de rana; si no sanas hoy, sanarás mañana." ” Translates to: "Heal, heal, little frog's butt, if you don't heal today, you''ll heal tomorrow. lol

Hands are very healing.I have a book called, " The Healing Energy of Hands", by Michael Bradford. He has techniques and experiences on healing using your hands. He was learned energy healing techniques by visiting different countries and cultures. It's a decent read.
