Funniest thing about most vegans is how itchy they are and nervous all the time. I wonder why
I couldn't care less what you eat until you try to guilt shame me for being omnivore. If its normal not to eat meat you wouldn't need supplements to stay healthy. Not to mention those only raw people who look 20-30y older and like they have cancer.

I think you're being divisive there for emphasizing the bad apples, though this is coming from both sides. Veganism is a radical position, similarly is the position where people think they need lots of meat. Humans evolved as meat eaters and hunters, but were used to eating meat maybe two days a week, (also depending on region and abundance of food). Most humans probably do better on diets that include animal foods, but eating it as much as modern people do is not ideal. Interestingly, both excessive meat eating and veganism come with their own health challenges.

Since I have been both, I concur.
(Except I had dairy products, nothing with eggs, tho, those 15 yrs. Wore wool and had some leather stuff. A vegetarian, not vegan.)
Btw, I am way healthier now that I have grass fed and org meat and wild caught fish sometimes.)
Just sayin.
I hope I don't get put down for it here!

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru.
