Anala, here's one using TVP that doesn't have a long list of exotic ingredients: https://yupitsvegan.com/homemade-soyrizo/

There are some that are made with tofu as well. Just look online.

Also noticed Trader Joes' makes a soy chorizo. Maybe whatever health food store in your area also carries a soy version, or as we have, within driving distance to our area.

Yes Clover, update us when you get a few minutes.

Deb, thanks for the suggestion!

Yes, Trader Joe’s, it has been months... I really need to get to the big city!
I will look for the chorizo. Might have to bring some dry ice...

So, hmm,... leftovers on two dishes. But if we power out the remainders at lunch tomorrow, we get to have buffalo burgers from the diner! Yippie Skippee!!! And maybe splurge on pie... have I told you all how much I love pie?.. LOL.

Yes, you have mentioned your love of pie before.

We just made a trip to the big city a week and a half ago so we are stocked up for awhile.

I'm deciding between chicken strips and leftovers for dinner tonight. I like to have fun stuff on Friday nights so I may go with the chicken and have the leftovers tomorrow night.

Well I had neither yesterday. A lazy day. It was afternoon before I looked into pulling the chicken out of the freezer so we had lobster tails instead. Easy peasy. I will have (air) fried chicken tonight.

Yes, I finally made my chicken tenders. So yummy.

Tonight I have to use up some leftovers. Hubby will have hamburger gravy over boiled potatoes and I will have baked chicken bbq drumsticks.

I have got to share this yummy recipe with you. It's Egg Roll in a Bowl.

Sorry. You have to scroll down quite a ways to get to the recipe but this one has all the right ingredients. Other similar recipes take shortcuts. No can do if you want it right.
