In many cases it is so. At times there is an inevitable gap between the perspective of the one speaking and that of those hearing.

I agree with the first part, that Truth cannot be put in words.
We may try to, we aren't prevented from trying, only, such attempts may turn out to be futile.

Well, we can shout words from rooftops, though those words will inevitably fail to express The Truth.
