Best hypnosis/guided meditations?
For anything - finding spirit guides, past life regression, regular ol' relaxation, etc.?
I think these are important resources for people who can't afford to see a professional or buy meditation CDs.

Michael Sealy, and Lillian Edan for sure. Also Jason Stephenson has some nice ones. Meditation Vacation has nice recordings of all sorts.
American speaking voices:
Moments of magic relaxation and sleep meditations. I like his voice.
And for a woman's voice I really enjoy free bird meditation/hypnosis for insomnia. It's a good recording.
There are others that are so excellent but I can't remember what they were called. It is fun to discover and try out recordings and I find that I like to change my recordings up or I may figit and resist relaxing.
These are all on you tube. I've used them all and happily.
There's so many more good ones I've used mostly for sleep issues. Lately I'm kind of thrilled to use Power Thoughts YouTube channel's I Am affirmation meditations with the drums, chi moving sounds during the day.
Good luck

Meditation Oasis is a good one, as well as Wynyfryd's Meditation Room if you can find her stuff. I encountered both through Podcasts, but I do believe Oasis has a website with free recordings.
