Trying to remember a book about the power of 'NO'

A long time ago, somebody recommended a book to me, and I've been trying to find it once again. I seemed to think it was called 'The Power of No', and was almost certain it looked like William Ury's 'The Power of a Positive No', but it's not. I guess that's just a book I found along the way.

The book was about the power of 'NO', whether speaking it or using it simply in thought to direct away unwanted energy. It was about not playing people's games, not allowing them to manipulate you. It was about, for instance, using the power of 'NO' to deflect people from using you as a way of getting out their own frustrations or feeding their own egos. I think there was possibly a section about God in there, but I can't remember for sure.

I do remember the book having very few pages, maybe around 30. I read an online copy, but the book was both very cheap and small.

Does anyone have any idea what book this might be? I can't find it...

FOUND IT! It's 'Your Power to Say No' by Vernon Howard. I'm going to read it now and see if it's as great as my brain seems to remember. :)
