Angel1 Mysterious fake "star"

Hello everyone~! I've been noticing a couple of mornings this fake "star" in the sky . It's been going on since last week now . I'm usually not too quick to call something an extraterrestrial without really thinking about it~. So I did observe it for a few mornings . On the first morning that it appeared I noticed it right away , I immediately felt suspicious of it because:

1.) all the other stars were faded & barely visible & this one was clear & bright & seemed closer to us.

2.) it had like this holographic look to it , like if you stood to one side it had a shimmery glossy effect

3.) it MOVED , when I left for a few minutes to go back in the house & came back it moved upwards some more . Some mornings it'll be lower or higher but it's always in the same location where I can find it . It's always in the spot where the sun rises.

4.) once I started to notice it, it began flickering , it would dim its light & then become brighter repeatedly. It would even leave for a few minutes & come back in a different spot .

5.) it's only there for an hour . I never see it at night , especially on clear nights where you can see all the stars , this one is never there . It appears at 6am in the morning & then it will gradually attempt to fade out at 7am which is when the sun starts rising where I live .

So those are some reasons why I believe it wasn't a star haha I'm still unsure what it really is , maybe it's something man made , or an extraterrestrial observing us ~ I'm unsure but I did think it was interesting to see ~! ♥︎

What color is this "star"? Does it have any hue to it or is it simply a shade of white? Also do you reside anywhere near Australia? I am in California and have noticed something very similar but to the west. I usually see it around midnight and it usually disappears before 2am. Perhaps that is the time a portal opens and closes at this location. What I see has a faint red hue (It's not Mars. I have done my research) and seems to behave in a similar way. There are fire red UFOs that have been documented by many governments. I remember they are not super common but don't attempt to hide their presence as other more common species do. I forgot what I read about which species inhabits this type of UFO. I guess I need to brush up again.

Perhaps it is some sort of natural phenomenon. The only reason I gave my experiences a second thought was because of your post. (OP)

It could also be a satellite if it moved. I'm a huge believer in UFOs but I also believe in eliminating all other possibilities in order to give the subject credibility.

Venus the Morning Star is what you saw. Other times Venus can be an Evening Star. The movement is caused by the lack of reference points in the sky. That makes your eye wander a little, thus creating movement. The brightness is affected my the atmosphere, such as clouds and heat waves raising from the ground and roof tops. Air and heat turbelence of the air, causes the shimmering effects.
