Red jasper

I've been keeping a red jasper in my pillow and I've been having crazy dreams that I've been remembering, is that normal for a crystal to have that effect on my dreams.

Red jasper apparently helps with dream recall. Personally I haven't experienced it, I don't usually sleep with crystals under my pillow though in case I tried to eat it

Citrine has had that effect on me. I keep stones/ crystals on my night stand. I currently have a piece of dolomite, aquamarine, blue calcite and a rock. I like to switch them up every couple of weeks. I once had a dream that there were tools (screwdrivers etc) under my pillow. When I woke up, I found that my daughter had put some of my crystals under there. To me, this was significant :)

Even without crystal if I'm high in energy there are times that crazy dreams play on me during sleep.

And yes, some crystals could trigger and activate "something" from deep inside our subconscious mind during sleep. So it's natural to experience those things.

I sleep with my moonstone crystal under my pillow. I bought it at a store that is run by witches who were getting ready for their Autumn Equinox festival so the whole place felt charged with energy. I had it out during the last Super Moon and it was shimmering in the reflection!
