Greetings fellow truth seekers

So over the past few days I've been attempting to AP, i believe i have been coming close but keep pulling out last second by opening my eyes. So my first attempt was at night and I began to feel a sensation of spinning around in circles and been pulled out sideways not sure if this was my etheric body trying to separate by itself or some entity giving me a helping hand. I experienced rapid eye movement and an increase in heart rate.

Second attempt was the next day this time during the day and on the couch as opposed to the bed. Again there was REM and a heart rate increase although this time i felt as if my legs were floating in the air.

Third attempt was later that afternoon although this time I couldn't get to the floating sensation stage. During the night I tried again and experienced my heart pumping fast again but there was no floating sensation.

Yesterday evening I tried again and this morning but to no avail.

I'll note that there were no vibrations or loud noises that i can recall but I know these aren't an occurrence for every individual when trying to AP.
