contact???

Ok so as you know im very new to this, have tried meditation and guided meditation the past few days, last night i really felt something and im not sure if i imagined it or what.
So i was having difficulty sleeping so decided to try meditating again and i imagined i was on a beach and went over to a wee island in the water. There i met a light entity and was to introduce myself (the setting was through guided meditation) but i read usually your guide is the opposite sex but i got a very male feeling and also when i asked name it was difficult to make out but a feeling of the first 3 letters came clear as Aul???? I dnt know where this has come from or if i imagined it but maybe someone here will have some ideas

How did you see stuff when you meditate...?

Well i imagined the setting as described in the guided med and it was then it said you would come across the light and tht would be your guide.
So i was doing this but it then said the name but quietly and not particularly clear so 3 letters were all. but also it was a very bright light but hands came from within. I dnt know what was happening and i wouldnt have even known what to imagine....any thoughts??

I just dont think i imagined it iv been takin it quite serious but really not expecting anything to happen so it would be odd and it was a broken name so surely if i imagined it it would have been a full name i would imagine.

Hey again.
Well iv found im more succeptable to meditating in the mornings, again i went back to the guided meditation scene but this time i met the same light energy but this time when i spoke to it answers came sooo fast (before i had even finished asking) this time it was the prescence of an angel and a name kyle.
Its wierded me out a bit as it was very fast!
