So I'm pretty new to tarot cards, and have never owned a deck (although I have some lovely faerie oracle cards I adore). I was searching and searching for a deck, but nothing really spoke to me. And since I've been having this pestering feeling to make my own cards for awhile now, I decided to create a deck for myself. So far I'm half way done with the major arcana and am basing them all off of the Afterlife, since that's something I enjoy learning about. I'm going to base the minor arcana off of things from the material world of Earth though. So it'll sort of be like the minor arcana are things we can see in ourselves when you go through your life's review. I'm also changing the suits to Earth, Wind, Fire, and Water instead of the traditional cups, pentacles, wands, and swords. I connect more to the elements than the traditional suits. Hopefully it'll come out good, since it's actually coming along quite nicely so far.
