Help and Guidance Please

Hello fellow brother and sisters
I am new to this site and have found it very insightful and powerful for me. I am wondering if you could give me your view point on my situation. I am not quiet entirely sure what Twin Flames are so that could be a start, to answer that question for me :)

Here's the situation. I have been doing some serious soul searching and healing these past few years. I asked for the perfect man to come into my life at the right time, under the right circumstance at the right moment...and I let it go... August 9th out of no where this man stopped and asked for a ride on the back of my bike (I ride a motorcycle) and I said yes, We exchanged phone numbers and text every single day, and called on occasion for an entire month. I went out to see him (we live 5 hours apart) and we connected. Spiritually, mentally, emotionally, physically...it was incredible. He ended up going to treatment for alcohol and have been dealing with his own stuff these last few months. We both said we would go with the flow and see where it ends up.
On New years I was out visiting him and we decided that we should call it quits because he is not ready to move and the long distance isn't working out. He still has a lot of stuff on his plate and in his mind that he needs to deal with. It hurts but I am actually quiet surprised at how I am taking this...It almost feels like we aren't done, but I don't want to hold on as I will end up getting hurt. We don't really talk any more...a text every 4 or 5 days to say hello.
Now when we are together, our creator shows us things and we recognize them. Chairs open up in a busy coffee shop, and stuff like that.
My question is...what is this? haha Can some one tell me something? Or does someone have a hunch?

That could either be a karmic lesson between the 2 of you that isn't finished or more of a soulmate type of connection. I recommend meditating about it.

Human relationships are complicated as I'm sure you well know. You can't change him, you can only change your response to him. Trust your intuition and if it isn't finished then that is OK. Trust that the completion of whatever needs to be done will be completed at the right time. It is hard, but patience and trust in your intuition is what you must do now.
