What came to my mind:
...why call it letting go?
...why not only say to choose your self?...
Like you wrote: go within...
If it is a twin flame...2 share 1 soul
Choosing your self, going within, is trying to align with your soul...and at the same time theirs as well.
I do like to believe it is just impossible to let them go in 5d...
Earlier this week i suddenly was right there within, where i am (supposed to be)...it was only for a tiny, tiny, very tiny bit, bit it already felt wonderful. If you can reach that ´place´ for a much longer time...then there´s is no need for letting go...i no longer felt pain, no pull, no yearning...nothing, but silence, sooo much love and lots of relief...

did just read it...must feel quite bizarre.
Maybe you are aligned now...raised your vibration..? Having a hard time here to do so as well...  ...did it happen to you with ups and downs as well in the beginning?

letting go
after a dozen years meeting my twin flame & having to let it go I found another. it was a long & painful wait but made it all the more appreciated when it happened again.

Acceptance of things as they are can be a liberating tool to move forward cause it grounds you firmly into reality and once reality can be seen for what it is, new opportunities can open which also have grounding in reality.
