About 4 months ago, I had what you would call blurry dreams... and yes they were the regular kind... my dreams were taking place in the darkness with just a dim light somewhere in the distance... I could see shapes, some shadows, I could sense something going on and the more I would struggle to see, the more the darkness existed...
It was an unpleasant feeling and as I later found out it had to do sth with my.... perspective...
I was not exactly ok psychologically, and this blurry darkness was reflected in my dreams...
As the days passed and I kept shifting my thinking and actually reading and understanding more about my spiritual awakening and journey, these dreams stopped.
Now I can see colors, faces, and I can dream situations that involve joy, all my 5 senses and even pain from a "bite"....
I have to perform some lucid dreaming to which I have complete control of the dream, but, I am getting there...
As I said, you are going to need to work on yourself and the way you feel when you go to bed at night...
It is best if you keep a daily journal of your emotions during the day and the dreams you remember after a night's sleep.
At the end of each week, write a summary of your emotions/feelings and the resume of your dreams' concepts....
You will be surprised how these two are intimately related...
I would be happy to see your first week's revelations written here...
