Edible Plant book?
I am wishing to make my own herbal potions and I see all kinds of edible looking plants when I venture out to nature.
I want to know if anyone knows of any books or information where I can find and identify the most common plants grown in my area that are edible and what their health benefits/what people have used them for to cure which ailments or even if the alchemists use it in their potions to get certain effects.
Any information will do, thank you.

It just depends in where you live... your country and climate ect
My area has resources for both native bush foods as well as edible weeds... a google search of local area resources is a good place to start.
Just got to be careful foraging especially for weeds as they have often been sprayed with chemicals.

I have a friend who uses "The Forager's Harvest: A Guide to Identifying, Harvesting, and Preparing Edible Wild Plants".
