Nothing in the bible says Adam and Eve were humans does it? Maybe they were the ape/human hybrids we descended from? I think about 315,000 years ago some human/ape hybrids suddenly appeared in the fossil record. Adam and Eve?

Viewed zoologically, we humans are Homo sapiens, a culture-bearing upright-walking species that lives on the ground and very likely first evolved in Africa about 315,000 years ago. We are now the only living members of what many zoologists refer to as the human tribe, Hominini.

Interesting to me is other ape/human hybrids suddenly appeared in the fossil record such as Dryopithecus, a genus of extinct ape/human that is representative of early members of the lineage that includes humans and other apes. It kind of supports the information found in the book journey of souls about creation. The canine teeth of Dryopithecus are larger than those in humans but not as strongly developed as those in other living apes. The limbs were not excessively long. The skull lacked the well-developed crests and massive brow ridges found in modern apes. Dryopithecus went extinct. It seems to me to have been another DNA tweaking experiment or creation, like dinosaurs, that did not work out. To me there is sure a lot of evidence creators are not all knowing. They are learning as they go. I think the creators, (one could call them God) decided to make a being of greater intelligence using apes and so altered ape DNA and that's why such creatures suddenly appeared.

Take modern gorillas and chimps and so on, none are evolving into something else. I don't think it's a process that can take place without an intelligent being getting involved. But then "evolution" is true in the sense offspring best suited for survival breed and thus some existing traits die out and others become dominate. Like those moths in old polluted London in the 1800's-early 1900's. Factory black ash was everywhere and the moths were white or black. Birds quickly spotted the white ones and so only the black moths would stay alive long enough to breed so eventually the moths were only black. That's the evolution side of things. Things already existing will breed out the ones that do not survive well. But as far as new species or sudden changes like the ape/human hybrids, I think that takes creation and design by intelligent beings.

Some history most may not know but two different types of ape/human hybrids existed at the same time and they went to war for about 100,000 years. It was the Neanderthal's against what is basically the modern human. Neanderthal's were stronger but we were more intelligent so yea that's why modern humans won that war. I always think that would make a good movie. But then hardly anyone knows about it.

It is interesting to carefully read the creation story. Genesis 1:26…..”Let ‘us’ make man in ‘our’ image, in ‘our’ likeness….” This clearly indicates multiple gods. Next verse….#27…..”So God created man”. Logic would have us believe that should have read…’they’ created man. This points to this: there were multiple divine beings but only one had the power of creation.

There are a lot of things like that I think where one can ask why were things created like this? Some life forms don't need male and female to reproduce. Some life forms don't go through a period where they need "parents" to care for them and educate them. Some ideas why could be the "creators" of such things as us wanted to drive entities together. Program and design the life forms so they will be driven to seek out others and get emotionally entwined with them. Force life forms through their programming to form groups and so on due to social needs for safety and contentment emotional needs hormonal drives etc. Make a "child" or offspring physically dependent on an adult for survival and well being forces the life forms to develop emotional bonds, love and compassion and empathy and to learn to be less selfish or self-centered. I think a human being is a pretty complex biological machine. Then add in a conscious awareness or "soul" to merge with the physical body and force it to deal with all of these hormones and drives and the dangerous and hostile physical world.

It's interesting to me how so many "spiritual authorities" such as Jesus seem to not participate in marriage and having children. Not much in the bible about Jesus being into his family and family activities as he left home and was focused on being a spiritual and religious leader. I'm not sure there has ever been a "God" story or a spiritual leader or religious authority figure where the God focused on family and their children first. Is there much about the apostles children or families in the bible?

I did find this in the bible:

1 Corinthians 9 - Paul’s Rights as an Apostle
9:1 Am I not free? Am I not an apostle? Have I not seen Jesus our Lord? 3 This is my defense to those who sit in judgment on me. 5 Don’t we have the right to take a believing wife along with us, as do the other apostles and the Lord’s brothers and Cephas?

So maybe many were married with children? Seems like what Paul is saying there is some maybe did not want wives to travel with them while they were preaching from town to town. But in those days it was very much a patriarchal culture where men ruled.

What did Jesus say?

Luke 14:25 Many people were traveling with Jesus. He said to them, 26 “If you come to me but will not leave your family, you cannot be my follower."

This came up when I googled it:

I remember reading the ancient Israelites (those who wrote Genesis?) believed heaven was full of "ruling beings" who kind of operated like a parliament. An assembly of beings of supreme spiritual authority. They ruled as a group. They believed heaven was full of beings, angels and so on.

LUKE 2:13 And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host

The heavenly host was believed to be a huge army of angels I think. (That reside in heaven)
