Do trees have souls?

I've been practising my clairvoyance a little recently (in my mind's eye) and earlier today as I was staring out into our back garden I was drawn to a huge light emanating from under the large tree in the center of our garden.. the tree itself is a pine tree about two stories high and the light I saw was just under the ground where the roots converge at the base of the tree.. it was about maybe a meter or just over in diameter. I didn't know what it was but it just struck me now it could be the tree's soul. I never thought before that trees have souls. So, do they?

Are there any other clairvoyants that can confirm what I saw?

There are earth elementals that the Greeks called dryads. The nourish plants. Hamadryads are tree spirits. Each tree has a soul that dies when that tree dies. The druids believed that humans descended from tree spirits. Each one having its own magic qualities for each is a letter of the alphabet of God. Each tree spirit is attached to the tree, but can travel as far as the aura of the tree in which it lives.

“All plants are our brothers and sisters. They talk to us and if we listen, we can hear them.”

Arapaho tribe.

I met a tree spirit once in a dream.

Since it struck you, i would go with what struck you...it being the trees soul.

Thank you. Is there a difference between spirit/soul though in this instance?

Trees...a story....somewhere in the Seth material, he speaks of himself
and others like him that are experiencing multiple dimension at once...
after awhile getting tired...needing to rest.
He said one of them could just hang inside a tree for thousands of earth years...just peacefully resting.

My friend has a house... like a treehouse she is so high in the woods of Colorado...she always felt
some loving, benevolent spirit on her property.
A neighbor with mersa that later committed suicide, said to her,
"And yes, the spirit over there on your property..." something something.

So my psychic friend thought ...maybe this powerful spirit is here just resting
on her property with it's pond and enormous old blue spruces.

Just a little story. Trees...

I feel very connected to trees on a soul level.

, elementals formed a hive like mind and created what is known as a nature spirit or as the Persians call them, Devas. Devas are in their pure form a brilliant light in any shape that inhabits the earth. They are the ruler of one of the four elemental kingdoms

if you ever feel like reading on some of this stuff here is a thread i made on them...i did lots of research on them and wrote what i learned, also added some personal experience in there as well.

Devas, elementals and nature spirits. Gracey

I have a slightly different idea about it. I don't feel that trees and vegetation and such have different souls... I feel that they are a part of Gaia, Earth, Universal Energy (same as us)... so when you see the glowing, it's like seeing undiluted Source. Which is the same Source that embodies us and our souls (simply more basic and elemental than ours in our human bodies).

I believe everything has a soul. I also believe that a soul is a soul is a soul.

Great thread, I love reading all the answers. Such an interesting question.

Coming from the mid west, I have always lived around forest lands. The bigger the tree, the more powerful it's energy and aurora felt to me. They are truly amazing elements in our earth. They remind me of mothers; they nurture their territories and give life and oxygen to the living... :love9:

Although, I Do have to say, some tree's are a little creepy. Like the old rigid ones. I have felt a scary energy before. Hm. I am sure every tree has deep secrets.. if they could talk it would certainly be interesting.
