The fourth density is physically like the third.
What changes is the energetic set up, which will allow a different experience.
In simple terms, this means, most souls have chosen to follow the path of the light, service to others. This means, humans can prepare and learn what unconditional love means and how to implement it.

Whether this is fun, is up to the individual.

I guess I'll never know. I live in the third, I think.

Metatron based off my research in syncretism is Thoth (A soul aspect and emmanation of En.ki/Yaldaboath) whom is En.ki's son! Other names for Thoth is Mercury (The messenger) and Quetzelcoatl to name a few.

He is one of En.ki's head cohorts and is leading souls (See hermetic teachings or hermeticism which only deals with the soul) to various Heavens within the Patrix (Patriarchally dominated construct) which is equivalent to the place in the physical universe where we are stuck here ie the solar system with En.ki, Marduk (His son Satan) Ereshkigal (Queen of the Underworld) and they're other cohorts.

We are leaving the age of Pisces (related to Thoth/Metatron the messenger) and entering the age of Aquarius, En.ki/Yaldaboath's own age!

In the Patrix angels and demons are the same thing, they're basically two sides of the same coin. Sometimes they can pass themselves off as being more benevolent while at other times they can be more malevolent in nature. Its how things are in the physical universe where everything needs a catalyst (duality). Some are deceived and or manipulated into "helping out" souls in the astral. They are just leading souls to the recycling/reincarnation trap whitin the 7 Heavens. Whether its ascension to the 4th or 5th dimension, the tunnel with the white light at the end of it or our rigid beliefs its all a trap set up within the Patrix!

I feel inspired to write here - I was reading my diary from autumn 2020 last evening, and it read I was shown an image in the night of what seemed like 3 kings in a circle - on the night I first 'knew for sure I was getting instructions from the Holy Spirit and the words were to 'up my game' then when realising what the words meant I was allowed to sleep.

And the diary read, that very next day I put Stay Strong posters on here and on many mental health forums - then within days I started to go to so many different towns to shops with my Stay Strong posters for display - every day a different town, shopkeepers loved them.

I now think the image with the 3 kings were God / Jesus and the Holy Spirit - oh did I look that up then online, and didn't realise until now.

Anyway I had a dream last night of a large truck and some sort of victory, it seemed vague but happy, free will involved of course with everyone as a possibility, so we'll see...

I revamped my website again the last few days - on the home page when I'd completed it yesterday, I hit the print button, then after having a short break from it, I re read it 'cold' as it were - and I wrote on it 'gorgeous' yes besides all the mind and vibes talk, some hard hitting stuff on there as well regarding viruses in a couple of paragraphs regarding 'thinking' who they're jabbing up.

So last evening I had the vibes page to finish off, and I looked up at my Angels after finishing the main page, and saying we ok with this print and the gorgeous word Angels - and I found a feather on my chair, so approval there.

So to sleep time - now there's the test, because if I do anything wrong I 'do get told' - and early hours 'a dream' of a big crow in my house, an old house I had many moons ago, and we let him out through the front door... Now just to make this clear, this dream is not my subconsciousness playing up - it was sent to me - approval... I have detailed how this all works somewhere on the dreams page last year.

And going to sleep last night, ive written on here recently where ive learned after nearly 70 years on this planet how to go to sleep quickly - and a big part of it is deep breathing using tummy muscles 'steady' not one after the other big breaths, but using tummy muscles to assist, gently.

But last night, didn't go off - ping wide awake, I thought we've been here before - then a tensing in the calves - then I realise the Holy Spirit, I don't have to wait for the twitching legs anymore, because 'I know' again approval and then allowed to sleep when saying hi and appreciating the support, thank you Sir.

And last night the semi freezing of my wrist sometime in the night, I think ive finally worked out after 2 years asking online, and then learning myself with God's help, as it doesn't happen 3/4 times a week anymore, now 'I know' - and yes it was God approving, so thank you Sir from your messenger - I push on.

I have started to deliver church invitation flyers again to a 100 town centre shops... I did some late 2021 and another 600 this last week - shopkeepers are brilliant at displaying them, they all know me.

Must be between 30k to 40K ive delivered monthly since 2013 - I am amazed more don't come in after all we've been through and lost so many people... So here we are, and our church still survives, but mainly about 30 elderly people are regulars, when it holds 100's, was much more before pandemic.

I remind people here - 'God doesn't want his churches running low on congregation and closing' - so anyone looking on now able to help a local church, just do it 'it will be noticed' - anyway I had this 'idea' a week ago, design a poster - so after 2 years fighting viruses I had some time to think about this poster for shops and businesses here.

So today was my first run of a 100 posters, as I was targeting mainly businesses first, and there's a lot of them in industrial estates here... They love them - I decided to design it as - keep your mind strong + i'm a mind strength self healing specialist - then adding some important keywords in like vibrational energy etc to interest people in displaying them, but not my web address, I want people to come see me first at church, get it busy.

And at the bottom third of the poster it says, if you have a difficult issue you would like to discuss with the many suggestions I added, come to our church for 40 mins and i'll chat to you after for free... And if the elders of the church don't like me chatting in church when it's brought people in - then I'll go across the road in the massive pub there.

But do you know what, its a chance to help save our church...

I'll just spit this into 2 messages..... I'l put this on here because it has other information regarding the Holy Spirit speaking to me...

I said a prayer for the Canadian Freedom Fighters late last night, fighting for freedom of choice for our kids when they get older 'as God Put Into Play' free will, and the battle/war they are involved with is ridiculous, government doing this and that to stop them - and they blame the government... I also blame over controlling science / greed people pulling the strings, who should stick to what they're good at helping people, but oh no they want it all.

But last night after reading some messages to my wife 'who is totally onside' now with all I do - suddenly we realise it's not easy what they're going through - and just maybe they could do with some help, those brave truckers who have left their families to do this for the planet.

So I said Holy Spirit is there anything I/we can do to help them... And if it wasn't the right thing to get involved with these Canadian and American groups then the 'information wouldn't come through' would it... Well not been in bed long and like tickly calf muscles, connections / information coming in doesn't make leg twitch anymore, when i'm given guidance, because 'I know' I understand.

Then I listen 'nothing' but what I'm realising is during this time information/guidance is downloading if you like - well I nodded off, then several hours later I'm awake and I just know Ive got to write something down on my notepad I'd left in the bathroom - so I write 'hello from England' ok that's what I was told go sleep now, and I did.

Several hours later this information to teach the truckers how to listen for spiritual guidance, and I'm up and downstairs having a cup of tea or two... 333 on the clock as I pass my sleeping wife - by 5 it was written and put on two groups, and 2 more the next day, today... messaged similar as follows, plus some spiritual talk on 'gut and clear knowing' -

The gut feeling - get a nice drink, calm the mind with Single Point Concentration, focus on one still image in mind like a child's smile for 10 seconds, then another, deep breathing using the tummy muscles - then when you 'still' the mind information from your Spirit Guides / Higher Self can come through - and you just know something - as in the gut feeling where your 2nd brain is located gut.

So we see what transpires now, and if I get a decent sleep tonight, and maybe a semi frozen hand / leg in the morning as in approval of what ive done today from God / Jesus / Holy Spirit, as has happened before with approval with something... Some will look on here as I send links from time to time to those groups with this information 'again' over the next few days to here - so welcome truckers - if you're reading now...

And for any strong ones who say this can't happen, God speaking to someone to help - oh yes it can happen - it happened in the past during war and conflicts, but 'you/we' have to do this with guidance in deep rest, calm the mind, get instructions - and Stay Strong there as you fight for fairness for the planet.

So what will the people think in 2023 just around the corner Freedom Fighters the good/bad guys/gals in the press and people's eyes - which apparently I been one since the start of the jabbing days, the vulnerable yes - but not the young and strong in mind - and stop testing them and saying 'there's something very dangerous in side you' that can't get out - creating fear in people's minds then transmitting to cell defence - science and the media are so good at creating this fear factor for their greed and gain.

Lower astral realms are waiting for you top greed merchants - I was shown these twisted distorted faces just drifting in the darkness for eternity after judgment day - have a good think.

12 hours on, I got my semi frozen arm this morning, goodness the times that was happening to me over the last 2 years, I'd not not a clue then, and no one else had either on Astral Projection groups and here - a sign from God this morning all ok with what I wrote, so we push on now...
