3rd Eye Vibrations during med., then nothing

I've had quite a variety of vibrational activity in the 3rd eye area off and on for a few weeks. But then that's it. How would I know if this has opened all the way or not. (If I am asking correctly) Unless I've blocked myself for some reason.
