Natural Vs. Synthetic Vitamins
Most people don't know that over 97% of the vitamin supplements out there today are either toxic or ineffective. That means only 3% are actually helping you gain good health. For the lay person this means stay away from synthetically engineered vitamins and harmful toxins such as MSG, stearic acid and monostearate acid.
