What was I seeing?

So I finally was able to ap for the first time.it was like I opened my eyes even tho they were closed. I could see my entire room really well.It was at night so it was dark. I then started to float up towards my ceiling.I then saw these small black figures maybe a few feet tall. They were in a circle holding hands maybe they were dancing.Idk it freaked me out and I returned to my body.I guess I wasn't expecting to have company right when I left my body. any idea what I was seeing?should I just expect to not be alone right when I leave my body?I felt more tired the next day. Is that normal after aping the first time?Iv been trying to ap again with no luck.Iv been doing everything I did the first time but can't get past vibrations maybe it's the thought of not being alone when first getting out of body that's stopping me idk.

wow this is cool I can actually see what you saw !

they seem to be going in a circular motion

my guide tells me its some sort of mind apparition

and not dangerous or harmful in anyway

its just energy in a lower field of human emotions

that makes it look that way a mix of feelings

they have no life of their own ,expectation mixed with fear and happiness of

success and expectation created it

I wouldn't let that bother you too much. Beings can be seen and sometimes interacted with when out of body. Most areas of the Astral, especially the one closest the Earth are highly populated, even if sometimes you won't see anyone.

I once saw a most intriguing Being when going out of body. I am not certain but wonder if it was a Faerie Being. It was quite benign, and completely intrigued by me, but I sensed it was unused to Humans.
Another time I met some other little critter who was mischievous. I didn't take any nonsense from him and he disappeared. I think he was basically harmless but 'up to tricks'. There was not a heavy 'vibe' from him but he hit me on the head with a stick and it really hurt.
Most of the time I have always been so alone going out. At one stage that sense of tremendous loneliness put me off too....

Sounds cool were you able to talk with the being?you can get hurt by things in the astral plane?

Well that stick definitely hurt my head but no harm done really. I get hurt by things in the physical world too. Once in the physical world I got my hand trapped in a dog's teeth which was worse.
So the stick and the mischievous Being was no big deal. It might have been if I had sensed malevolence, but I didn't.
Yes it appears that the astral body is capable of feeling things even pain when hit with a stick!
I spoke to the mischievous creature. But the communicaton with the other creature was totally silent and quite wonderful in a way.
