You know what kind of art I really like?
When somebody says "I can't paint". Then one day they get over themselves and forget egotism, what other people might think, and being judgmental with themselves, and get out a canvas and some paints, and just make a picture, any old picture. Their first painting. Usually it will be interesting.

I saw the show the day she was on Oprah (I guess she would have been 8 or 9) and she was just incredible. She remembers before she was born, and said she painted Heaven...there also was a picture that isn't on her gallery that I have never forgotten - sort of a wild "Starry Starry Night" with black velvet space and lots of worlds - it was the most beautiful thing I'd ever seen.
Simply incredible.
