What would you do if you were possessed?
I you found out that you're facing possession by evil entity/ies, what would you do about it? Would you be confident that you could reverse the problem and purify yourself?

If I were possessed, surely I would do whatever the possessing entity had me do. Wouldn't I lose all control of my actions if I were possessed?

If you are possessed you loose your sense of self and loose touch with reality that it would take someone else to seek help for you I think.

I don't think you are even aware of the fact that you are possessed since the thing that possesses you, takes control of your thoughts and actions.

When identifying a hostile action against you, take what prudent defense is available. If a swift evasive action solves the issue, that is a good thing. If evading is too costly, too slow or not possible you fight back by what actions are available that might make the hostile part find their own evasion become the better choice for them. Should the hostile part seek your destruction then seeking their destruction become the only logical response.
How this relates to a case of possession? Put up energy barriers. Perform acts of banishment. Search for strength. Ask for help if you know someone who might be able to provide it. And remember that even churches and temples have locks on their doors. We all rely on protection on some level.

I was never possessed, as that would mean a lost of control, but had a mild experience of being held by someone. The channeler said that the thing was holding a piece of me, though not gaining full control of me.
My short answer to you is, claim back your power.
The channeler I had no power in me. I had 2% of power in me, when I should have 100%.
You cannot be possessed, by an invisible being, or be controlled by a visible being, if you have power in you.
