All dating coaching have a thingy on this Some -like Matthew Hussey- have a program on that to get your ex back and say that you must also use the no contact period to get your own act together, to deal with the worst pain and to begin doing fun things again so that if you see them you are not a broken woman.
Also that if it doesn't work out, you have already spent at least 30 days on healing and recovering.

Personally I think one should simply learn to accept that it's over. You didn't break up for no reason at all. I think only a small percentage will actually get back together.
It's just great marketing and money making from these dating coaching to bring out stuff like this, not just free, but many make whole workshops on how to get your ex back. For a lot of money.
I see that as taking advantage of people who are hurting and desperate. I'm quite sure that after 3 months and no success they'll pull their hair out for having spent so much money -and time and energy- on something utterly futile.
But then again, cannot blame the coaches, it's the people who cannot deal with the fact that life is not just fun but also learning to deal with difficulties that create this market themselves.

I'd advice to aim for healing, going through the motions of that, so you can get on with life and find new love with someone who does want to be with your as opposed to getting your hopes up and clinging to something that is over.
Just my two cents.

geez. yes you CAN blame the coaches, for taking advantage of people who have a hard time coping with life to begin with. Does no one have any shame?

geez.
