Feeling you're an Observer and not Part-Of...

Hello all

What would you call this? A client of mine is experiencing feeling like she's just observing life, like she's not really there, almost like she's not in her body but she is. I remember feeling like this when I was around 6 years old. Not sure what it means though...

Is about the spirit energy matching up with the body?

It sounds like she isn't enjoying life. Dissociation.
She isn't being in the present, as sunny says,
and maybe she just needs to give herself some reasons to be enthusiastic
and excited about life.
Like finding some new life goals to pursue. Something to be passionate about.
Life is a game; it's a blessing of a game from our Creator.
Our Consciousness can be a blessing or a curse, depending
on whether we choose to use it or ignore it.
She can use her elevated Consciousness to CREATE a better life
for herself, as her Creator has Created all that she sees and knows now.
