How to natural treat or cure PCOS
Okay so I'm on 1/2 a pill of metformin a night now and birth control pills haven't helped me except to get super-long cycles after use. What are some natural remedies to help?
BTW: I don't know if I'm fertile because I haven't actually tried to get pregnant or had an ultrasound of my ovaries. My doctor feels based on some medical problems I'm having that I have it.

Saw palmetto extract can be taken to treat pcos. To help with an irregular cycle, chaste berry (tincture or tablet) Black cohosh, (tincture or tablet) or white peony (tincture).
For fertility, Chaste berry or motherwort (tincture).
