About I.

It is the focus of what evolves, heals, grows... and this whole thing about spirituality is about I.

I have reflective videos pertaining to I and basically just love talking about myself.

Not sure if that was meant to be tongue-in-cheek. Will just say that the I experience, as Mooji points out, has to do with a kind of impartial witnessing, and not with intrepreting or judgment. Would suggest that identifying heavily with "myself" and developing a love of talking about one's self, falls more into the latter catagory.

Of course it's humour, though also true, and any comedian knows the closer the truth is the more people laugh.

I like mooji because he has a Barry White resonance and I just can't help it, I feel the brother..

I know people often say judgement is like an issue, but really it's discernment, and the sensations and feelings in the body and mind range from agony to elation and preference is given to nice scented candals over a skunks ***.

This notion of catagories imposed a judgement, and furthur to it all you meet will be judged former or latter.

The sense of I AM.

It is great to become aware of this sense that I AM, meditate on that alone, turn the attention inward upon the I.

we call that 'beingness' , the inescapable sense of self , of awareness, of self awareness , the sense of only being , only the sense of being , not separate (just like the guy in the video says) , all being, being all , being....'beingness'.
