I find what Melahin wrote about very interesting. And I did try that, it wasn't about healing a trauma though, It was about entering state of higher consciousness.Interesting and exciting as it was, caused a time of mental confusion for me, as was difficult to make my present self synchronised with what I got . Maybe it needs a real Shaman? when it comes to healing traumas as far as I know they do the Soul Retrieval ritual. Has anyone tried that?
