Are beings always around me?

Hi,
If I get sleep paralysis or am about to AP, I become aware of beings around me.
I usually only have occasional, subtle feelings of something being about.
Are they always there and I am more aware of them because of being in an altered state? Or, are they attracted to someone in an altered state?
What do you reckon?

spirit guides,angels,archangels,departed ones,tend to be observing you and trying to help where possible whenever you try to communicate with them.Generally speaking you are hardly ever alone.

That's quite a comforting reminder!
...but what about the more sinister things I can sense creeping up? Are they always there watching me or does it mean I have some fear issues I'm not consciously aware of that's attracting them or are they all over the place?

I'm not saying that this is a big worry to me, just that I've started wondering if spiritual activity somehow interests beings that would otherwise leave me alone.

I always beleive that your guardian angels, guides, angels around you are always around you and only intervene when you ask for their help. Sinister things I don't belive are all around you at all time unless you fear them, they love fear so when they sense it they are like a moth to light.

I had a loved one visit my in a Sleep Paralysis. This is what got me interested in Astral Projection
