Enneagram Types & Meditation
You should meditate on these qualities according to your Enneagram Point:
Pt 1 (Angry all the time) = Unchangeability
Pt 2 (Prideful all the time) = Ambition
Pt 3 (Deceitful all the time) = Prestige
Pt 4 (Envious all the time) = Imperfection
Pt 5 (Greedy all the time) = Totems
Pt 6 (Fearful all the time) = Duty
Pt 7 (Gluttonous all the time) = Social Gestures
Pt 8 (Lustful all the time) = Friendships
Pt 9 (Lazy all the time) = Participation
These meditation foci were extracted from the original Gurdjief/Najaro formulation of the Enneagram. You should be able to access the Crown Chakra (temporarily) if you meditate on these qualities intensely enough. Try it out. You should notice a shift in consciousness. Namaste.
