It's true many spiritualists fall into the same structure trap that religious people do, and I refer to such individuals religious spiritualists. But again, spirituality has nothing to do with following any particular doctrine, dogma, or routine. And while meditation has a particular routine to it, the difference is a spiritualist is never compelled to have to meditate, it's really as simple as that.
